Excellent service, part of prescription not in stock, checked other local pharmacies to see if they had some. Said would order in and would deliver to home tomorrow. Suggested I call doctor to see if another medicine could be prescribed instead. Gave me a list what they had in stock, realised we had some so will use until they deliver new medicine tomorrow. Always receive a 1st class service from this pharmacy. Most professional, friendly and efficient.

I'm so pleased I moved to this pharmacy. I get the best service, I had ordered my medication online and it was delivered the next day. One item was missing so I called and the Doctors had missed it but one phone call to the pharmacy and they sorted it all out and that was delivered within 2 hours of my call. These guys are fantastic, simply the best service you will get from anywhere and no standing in queues.

Had a prescription from the doctor for severe leg pain so got in touch with my usual pharmacy
Only to be told they didn't have the medication in stock and didn't know when it would arrive
So they said try todmorden pharmacy and I'm so glad I did the lady i spoke to could not have been more helpful i received my medication within 2 hours and it was delivered thanks

On two occasions within the last week I have requested an urgent delivery. They have both been delivered, free of charge, within hours and I live some distance away and not easy to reach. Excellent service and friendly staff. I have ordered over the counter products through their online service. Efficient and well run company with knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to shop with them.

My parents switched to Todmorden Pharmacy some time ago. They were a little apprehensive at first as they don't like change. Brilliant pharmacy! Not only do they deliver, but they’re really helpful too. I forgot to order a recent prescription and was told they hoped to get it to me two days later - totally fine. However they somehow managed to get it to me the same day! Excellent service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Called up due to a shortage of my medication at other pharmacies, and Jenny who works here went above and beyond in checking for it, checking the stock on the computer, and letting me know when i could come in to get my prescription! Big weight off mind and a big thank you for lovely kind service!
